I’m in the business of managing information technology, and that means I handle sensitive information on a daily basis. I want my clients to feel like they’re completely taken care of to the point where they know that if something ever did happen to their data, we would be there to make it right.

Since trust is such an important factor in the way we do business, I don’t lock anyone in for a length of time. When I sign a contract with a new client, we work together with the understanding that they could walk away with as little as a phone call. Nothing keeps them working with us other than the fact that they know their IT is handled with excellence.

My favorite clients, the clients I’ve known forever, wouldn’t consider talking to anyone else. They know that if they come up against a challenging technical problem, we’re going to investigate and give them an answer as soon as possible.
